Federal Way Municipal Court invites residents to participate in a forum on community impacts from addiction and untreated mental illness from 4:30-6 p.m. Dec. 11 at Federal Way City Hall, 33325 Eighth Ave. S. A panel representing retailers, Federal Way Police, South King Fire, St. Francis Hospital and others will speak to the issues the community faces on a daily basis.
