Federal Way police have arrested a 19-year-old Federal Way man believed to have killed a 19-year-old from Auburn during a drive by shooting at an apartment complex on Jan. 22.

Federal Way police have arrested a 19-year-old Federal Way man believed to have killed  a 19-year-old from Auburn during a drive by shooting at an apartment complex on Jan. 22.

The suspect is being held at the King County jail for investigation of a drive by shooting. Detectives have probable cause to believe the suspect fired a handgun and endangered the lives of others during the incident, according to Cathy Schrock, police spokeswoman.

Police responded to the incident at 8 p.m., when shots were fired at the Crystal Pointe Apartments, at 35328 25th Ave. SW.

The victim, Erik Raul Reynaga, was located next to a car in the apartment complex parking lot near building 9.
