Best Delta-8 Brands Review: Ranking Top Delta-8 THC Products

“Delta-8 THC is having a moment as it’s quickly become the most exciting, and most intoxicating, product in the hemp industry. A cousin compound to Delta-9 THC, the main ingredient in cannabis, Delta-8 is being sold across the country thanks to an exception in marijuana laws made by the 2018 Farm Bill that legalized cannabinoids derived from hemp. Barrios is part of a growing group of entrepreneurs getting rich while they can.”

What is Delta-8?

If you are wondering what Delta-8 is, it is a type of non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in hemp. It can provide benefits for those who have depression, anxiety, insomnia, and inflammatory bowel disease. In the future, Delta 8 may be used as an alternative treatment for mental disorders such as depression or schizophrenia.

This substance could be helpful if you need relief from any pain or inflammation caused by an injury or illness but do not want to use something with psychoactive properties. Also, unlike CBD, it gets you high (and it’s pretty good at it), although nowhere nearly as high as severe levels of THC found in Delta-9 type of stuff.

What? CBD? THC?

CBD stands for cannabidiol, which is one of the major cannabinoids present in cannabis plants. Though there are several other cannabinoids like THC found in these plants, CBD has attracted particular attention from scientists and researchers because it doesn’t have any psychoactive effects on people. You can think of it as a lightweight version of marijuana. Sort of like a taser compared to a gun or a husky next to a wolf: all the benefits, none of the problems.

CBD oil is a non-psychoactive cannabis extract that can be derived from either hemp or marijuana. It has been found to have an abundance of health benefits for people, including relieving chronic pain and inflammation, calming anxiety, and reducing the risk of depression. CBD oil should be on everyone’s radar with a wide range of benefits and minimal side effects (none). It’s completely legal, doesn’t have psychoactive properties, doesn’t get you high, and doesn’t (we think) cause damage to your body.

It can help people with seizures, epilepsy, anxiety and depression, cancer, arthritis, and more. CBD Oil is made from hemp plants or cannabis plants but does not contain THC, the psychoactive ingredient in marijuana.

Now, THC comes with problems.

Many people who smoke marijuana don’t realize that they are also getting high doses of THC. This chemical can cause paranoia, hallucinations, anxiety attacks, short-term memory loss in heavy users, and an increased risk for cancer. It’s best to stay away from all forms of this drug.

The THC molecule is the most active psychoactive ingredient in marijuana. The name stands for tetrahydrocannabinol, and it’s a powerful chemical that can have several harmful effects on your body. When you smoke pot or use marijuana edibles, THC quickly passes from your lungs into your bloodstream and crosses over to the brain. It creates an array of short-term mental effects like mood changes, altered senses, memory impairment, and difficulty thinking clearly. THC affects brain function and is harmful to one’s health.

Many people are unaware of the risks that come with marijuana use. THC is a chemical found in cannabis plants and is also responsible for the high user’s experience when they smoke or ingest it.

The term “high” refers to any state of mind where a person feels euphoric, energetic, happy, or sedated, depending on how much they consume. While many believe this substance can be used recreationally without negative consequences, research has shown time and again that THC harms your body. In addition to short-term effects, there are many side effects of smoking weed and long-term health problems such as schizophrenia.

It has been known to cause some adverse effects such as paranoia, nausea, and even psychotic episodes. If you want more information on the effects of THC, then please get in touch with your local doctor or pharmacist.

CBD vs. Delta-8: What’s the Difference?

CBD is short for cannabidiol, a non-psychoactive cannabinoid found in cannabis. Delta-8 THC features a form of THC that creates the high. Both CBD and Delta-8 have been found to have many medical benefits, such as alleviating pain, reducing inflammation, and relieving anxiety. The two are very similar compounds, except Delta-8 will cause users to feel high while CBD will not.

So, because this will probably get quite technical, once again: what’s the difference between CBD and Delta-8? The first thing to know is that they’re not interchangeable; they have different effects on your body. CBD is thought to provide a range of health benefits, but it doesn’t produce a high as THC does. Delta-8 provides similar medicinal benefits as CBD without having any psychoactive effects at all!

We’re sorry for all the neurobiology plus a horse’s dose of politics (does it get any more boring?), but ultimately you want to know which stuff to take that won’t cause you long-term health damage and won’t get you to put behind bars, too, so please bear with us for a little while more.

Unlike CBD, Delta-8 THC does produce psychoactive effects in users, though reportedly not the same level of intoxication associated with Delta-9 THC.

Delta-8 THC is a molecule that binds to the same receptors in the brain as delta-9 THC, though not as intensely. Delta-8 is most often found in strains of cannabis with less than 1% THC content. Unlike CBD, which does not produce psychoactive effects, Delta-8 has been reported to cause mild euphoria and relaxation without hallucinations or cognitive impairment.

In brief, you’ll feel it, but not as much. Better yet, get some decent exercise and fall in love, and you’ll feel much better.

What is Delta-9 THC?

Delta 9 THC is a psychoactive drug found in marijuana. It is the most active of all cannabinoids, and it can be detected in blood plasma for up to 3 days after consumption.

Delta 9 THC binds with cannabinoid receptors, primarily located throughout the brain and peripheral tissues like immune cells and gut epithelial cells. Delta 9 THC activates these receptors and strongly influences mood, appetite, memory, thinking ability, concentration, and coordination.

Delta 9 tetrahydrocannabinol, also called delta-9 THC, is the most well-known and commonly used psychoactive substance in marijuana. Delta 9 THC can be found in cannabis (a plant) and is the main chemical that causes a high when it enters your system. It is what gives marijuana its distinctive smell, taste, and appearance.

In short, please stay away from Delta 9 because it’s illegal in most states and places around the world for a good reason (too much THC, which means you might as well be eating Tide pods or drinking someone’s bathwater).

What’s the difference between Delta 8 and Delta 9?

Delta 8, thanks to its extremely low concentration of THC, is the fluffy little white version of the other drugs. Although it will get you high, it’s more or less harmless, which is why it’s forming a massive business around the world, and no one seems to be considering it dangerous enough to confiscate it yet.

The only other thing that is better (no harm, no high) is CBD. Here’s Discover Magazine with more insights:

“Delta 8 can be synthesized entirely from CBD with the use of solvents. While the conversion process can be a bit pricey, creating Delta 8 products is much easier. As a result, most Delta 8 comes from hemp rather than marijuana. It also ensures that their concentrations contain under 0.3% Delta 9 THC, which is the threshold required for federal legality.”

What problems will you get with Delta 9 that you won’t with Delta 8?

“According to a report from the World Health Organization, “In humans, CBD exhibits no effects indicative of any abuse or dependence potential…. To date, there is no evidence of public health-related problems associated with the use of pure CBD.”

, Delta 9 is considerably more potent than Delta 8. Some believe it to be about twice as strong overall. Side effects are also more considerable with Delta 9. These can include paranoid delusions, mental fog, impaired motor skills, and increased feelings of anxiety.

So let’s sum up

Crack cocaine? Very, very bad. A definite no-go.

Opioids like heroin? Nope. No way.

Drugs that affect your brain like THC? Dangerous.

Drugs that contain a minimal concentration of THC that are legal? Get you high, sort of unexplored yet, but it seems to be working ok and makes people happy.

СBD, which is more or less harmless? Nice.

No drugs, healthy relationships, plenty of sport, a meaningful job, and a vegetable diet? Ideal.

How popular is Delta 8 exactly?

Figures speak for themselves:

“Josh Manning, who runs Snap Dragon Hemp, a hemp grower, and processor licensed by the state of Tennessee, says Delta-8 has been a game-changer for his Chattanooga-based business. Last year, Delta-8 was 20% of his sales and he brought in about $60,000 a month. Now, Delta-8 makes up 80% of his sales and he makes more than $200,000 a month.”

Delta-8 FAQs

Q: Is Delta-8 THC the Next Wonder Drug?

A: The studies have shown that Delta-8 THC may be an effective treatment for some mental health disorders and improve the symptoms of certain diseases, such as diabetes and multiple sclerosis. It’s not clear exactly how Delta-8 THC works in the body, but researchers are beginning to develop hypotheses about how it might affect specific brain cells to produce these effects.

This substance works by interacting with specific receptors in your brain to produce euphoric effects. To understand how Delta-8 THC works, you need to know what kind of receptors it interacts with. These are called CB1 and CB2 receptors; these two types of cannabinoid receptors play a crucial role in regulating many functions such as memory, appetite, mood, cognitive behavior, etc. These functions improve as the receptors (neurotransmitters) become healthier and more active thanks to active use and external (internal?) stimulation.

Some research suggests that it may be a more potent treatment for pain than any other drug on the market. The American Journal of Medicine found in 2016 that Delta-8 could reduce opioid use by as much as 40%. However, little is known about how Delta-8 works or if it has any long-term side effects (like growing a tail or an uncontrollable need to play World of Warcraft 14 hours a day). So you need to be very careful about doing careful research about which companies you purchase from.

Delta-8 THC also has many medical benefits like relief from chronic pain, reducing anxiety, appetite stimulation, and nausea during chemotherapy treatments.

Indeed, Delta-8 THC is a cannabinoid that has not been extensively studied. Research into the effects of Delta-8 THC on cells and animals has revealed some potential medical benefits. Still, more research needs to be done before saying definitively whether or not it’s a wonder drug.

Q: Is it legal?

A: Delta-8 is a substance that is being illegally sold in some states. It’s not currently legal or illegal everywhere at once, but groups are trying to get it legalized for medical purposes. In other countries, Delta-8 has been approved by the government for the treatment of chronic pain and physical or mental trauma. There are arguments on both sides about whether or not this drug should be made legal in all of America.

Q: Where is Delta-8 illegal?

A: Alaska, Arkansas, Arizona, Colorado, Delaware, Idaho, Iowa, Mississippi, Montana, Rhode Island, Utah, Kentucky, and Vermont.

For now, in other states who haven’t banned Delta-8, it remains legal. Should it be made illegal all over the country? According to Nutritional Outlook, “Legislation may be the solution, but gridlock in Congress prevents the swift passage of laws.” Why? As the DEA puts it Delta-8 in its Orange Book, clearly wanting it banned, the federal level law leaves some ambiguity:

“Because DEA does not provide an explicit definition for synthetically derived tetrahydrocannabinol, there is room for interpretation, and since hemp is no longer a controlled substance, proponents would argue that delta-8 THC derived from hemp is not a controlled substance either.”

Q: Is it legal or not? I’m baffled

A: The regulation is complicated when it comes to hemp derivatives and Delta-8 in particular. Different agencies not coming to a single consensus does not help, and neither does the gridlock and government level. If you want a short and clear answer, uncharacteristically, there is one from Rod Kight, attorney and owner at Kight Law Office:

“[I]t is clear that D8 derived from marijuana is a Schedule I controlled substance based on the definition of ‘marijuana in the CSA [Controlled Substances Act] and also the separate inclusion of THC,” Kight says. “However, it is also clear that D8 derived from hemp is lawful pursuant to the 2018 Farm Bill, which exempts from the CSA ‘all’ cannabinoids from hemp with a D9 concentration that does not exceed 0.3%.”

Hempgrower.com

So the answer is, Delta 8 can be used with a clear conscience. Sort of. You have to remember that it still has intoxicating effects and that it’s a very new substance on the market that hasn’t been researched anywhere near carefully enough. Hence, you have to be diligent about doing your own research.

Best Delta-8 Brands Conclusion

Delta-8 is one of the best products out there that people swear by, and it’s legal in many places (for now), but when it comes to taking care of your health, please take it seriously and do your research on the supplier, chemical composition, reviews, and so on. Also, a couple of (sorry) prosaic things before you go riding a unicorn on a rainbow.

First of all, you need to consider why you want to use these supplements. Are you missing something in your life? There are many ways you can use Delta-8 in your life, and they’re all great, but if you need help with anything from stress to relationship problems, then there are other methods out there that will give you better results.

Filling up a vacuum may not even work at all and could have negative consequences for you. If you are suffering from chronic pain, depression, or anxiety and looking for a quick fix that will take care of it all in one go, you should not use supplements like Delta-8 to fill a vacuum inside but instead see a therapist. The idea behind these so-called cures is that they can help reduce the symptoms of whatever condition the person may be experiencing. These products do not address any root causes for what might be going on with your body and mind.

Second, do it right. Product analysis is essential for the best shopping experience. You need to analyze what type of product it is, but everyone should do some universal things before buying a product. Make sure you know what your needs are and which ingredients will help fulfill them. This can be done by looking at products with similar uses or reviewing customer reviews about the product in question. Read any instructions thoroughly to ensure that you’re able to use the product properly without surprises.

Third, have you done your due diligence research? Do you know how to spot a good supplement from a bad one? Are you getting ripped off by the company selling it to you, or do they have your best interest at heart? These are all questions that need answering before buying any product. We know how important it is to take care of your health, but many people do not realize how many unscrupulous companies exist in this industry.

A lot of people use supplements to help with a variety of health problems. Unfortunately, many scammers out there take advantage of this by selling their products that don’t work or contain ingredients that can be harmful.

It’s essential to do your research before buying any supplement and know what you’re looking for so you don’t get scammed. The best place to start is checking reviews from other customers on the company website or sites like Amazon and reading complete guides like ours.
