My name is Hans, and I need a home

You can find out more about Hans on at www.kingcounty.gov/adoptapet.

Hans is a 7-year-old male dog, pit bull (ID #A545121). This quirky guy can be a lot of fun but does take some time to connect to new people. He is full of energy and loves to play. He tends to calm down more when people around him stay calm. Hans does best when he has a lot of exercise and something to keep his mind busy. Hans is a very smart dog who already knows how to sit. Hans may not get along with other dogs or small animals in the home and may do best as the only pet, and in a home with no children. Hans is a gentle and loving dog who likes to take things slow. He may get nervous in new situations so is looking for a family who understands he may take some time to warm up. Once he gets to know you, Hans will be a very devoted friend. Hans is neutered, current on vaccinations and micro-chipped. His $100 adoption fee also includes a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice and 30 days of pet insurance through Trupanion.
