Local artist Becci Crowe will present “Adventures with the Giant Panda of China

The Federal Way Arts Commission is hosting “Adventures with the Giant Panda of China,” at the Knutzen Family Theatre at 2 p.m. April 10.

The presentation, by local artist Becci Crowe, deals with the plight of Chinese pandas and features behind-the-scenes film footage from Becci’s experiences in China working to save the species from extinction. Her presentation includes video and photo.

Tickets are $10 and are available from Centerstage by calling (253) 661-1444 or centerstagetheatre.com. Tickets will also be available at the door. Children 17 and under will be admitted free. A reception with Becci and an exhibit of her art will follow the program. Examples of her work can be viewed at becci.com.
