Have you noticed that there have been very few new businesses and employers that have come to Federal Way? Many businesses and people have stated that the city of Federal Way is part of the permitting problem.

Linda Kochmar’s vast experience includes Land Use Committee chair, which is a very important committee for land-use decisions. It sets the direction on how our city will grow. Linda knows about the permitting process, which can determine what future businesses can come to our city. Her permitting knowledge also helps with retaining existing businesses.

Linda has worked with multi-million dollar developers and budgets and has achieved important cost savings for the taxpayers over the years. Strategic planning and a thorough knowledge of the development process will serve the people and businesses of Federal Way for years to come.

Linda comes with so much experience and knowledge, there will be very little learning curve and Linda can become an effective council member from the day she takes her oath of office.
