A free financial seminar for those who are more than 10 years from retirement will be held at 6:30 p.m. Feb. 19 at Jarvis Financial Services, 200 S. 333rd St., Federal Way. Attendees can learn tried-and-true methods of achieving long-term financial success and surviving this “bear market.” No products will be solicited. A similar program for retirees, or those who will retire within 10 years, will be held at 9:30 a.m. Feb. 21.
