Interurban Runners Club is inviting running and walking enthusiasts to join a weekly run/walk group at 6:30 p.m. on Thursdays in front of Scoreboard Bar, S. 324th St., Federal Way. The group jogs about four miles on the BPA trail or in a local neighborhood, followed by food and socializing. All ages and abilities are welcome. If Thursdays don’t work, the club has monthly club runs at select running spots in the King and Pierce County areas.
