After a 1-0 loss to the Auburn Trojans a day earlier, the Federal Way Eagles bested the Trojans in game two.

Todd Beamer 5, Auburn Mountainview 2

After falling to a one-run loss to the Auburn Mountainview Lions the day before, the Beamer Titans responded with a win over Auburn Mountainview in game two. Tommy Davis and Jared Thompson each had two hits in the win. Davis threw six complete innings with four strikeouts.

Auburn Riverside 10, Decatur 8

The Decatur Golden Gators suffered their third straight loss but scored their second-highest run total of the season. Freshman third baseman Adam Taylor continued his hot streak with a hit and two RBIs.

Enumclaw 3, Thomas Jefferson 2

Despite the loss, senior shortstop and co-captain Mason Delacruz got his swing back on track with two hits and an RBI. Jefferson’s other captain Avery Cantino-Kennedy also helped the Raiders with two hits.

Todd Beamer 20, Federal Way 12

The Beamer Titans exploded for 20 runs in the win over the Federal Way Eagles after Beamer had a rough outing against Auburn Mountainview two days earlier.

The Decatur Golden Gators earned their first win of the season in a win over the Enumclaw Hornets.

Federal Way 95, Kennedy Catholic 40

The Federal Way boys were led by back-to-back victories for senior Lincoln Marino in the 1600- and 3200-meter runs, while Tony Chan dominated the shot put event.

Todd Beamer 90, Auburn Riverside 55

Koby Okezie won both hurdle events for the Beamer Titans in the victory over the Auburn Riverside Ravens, while Daniel Payne, Leontre Griffin and Jaylen Green won the high jump, long jump and triple jump.

Auburn Mountainview 92, Thomas Jefferson 53

Jefferson’s Austin Miller and Rajesh Gill both took first and second in the 1600- and 3200-meter runs, while Trevor Owens won the shot put and discus. Christian Noakes took first in the pole vault.

Federal Way 112, Kennedy Catholic 33

The Federal Way girls had back-to-back wins in the 1600 and 3200-meter runs by Bethany Forward, while Leapagatele Atanoa won the shot put, discus and javelin.

Thomas Jefferson 82, Auburn Mountainview 68

Jefferson sisters Raisa and Jasmine Pleasants both took first in the long and triple jump, while Jenna Appleton, Raisa Pleasants, Suneela Schneider and Victoria Delk took first in the 4-by-200 and 400 relays.

Todd Beamer 104, Auburn Riverside 46

Emily Odum led the Todd Beamer Titans with wins in the 800- and 3200-meter runs. Claire Hansen won the 100 hurdles and the high jump.

Enumclaw 14, Jefferson 4

The Enumclaw Hornets held the Jefferson Raiders to just five hits in the win. Sophomore Justin Maggerise brought in two runs with an RBI single. The Raiders co-captain Mason Delacruz brought a run home on an RBI double, while his fellow co-captain Avery Cantino-Kennedy also had an RBI.

Decatur 3, Enumclaw 1

The Decatur Golden Gators earned their fourth straight win with a victory over the Enumclaw Hornets. Decatur’s three goals came from three different players. Juan Iribe gave the Gators the 1-0 lead in the 25th minute, and less than four minutes later Enrique Blanco made it 2-0. Angel Trejo-Delgado put the game out of reach in the 55th minute with his 10th goal of the season.

“We feel fortunate to have made it half way with a couple wins, and [we] hope for an equally successful second half of that stretch,” Decatur coach Brad Plemons said.

Federal Way 5, Auburn 0

The Federal Way Eagles earned their first clean sheet of the season behind a brace from freshman midfielder Zane Baumgardt. Federal Way has outscored its last two opponents 9-1.

Beamer 0, Auburn Riverside 0

The Todd Beamer Titans were held to their first draw of the season with the Auburn Riverside Ravens.

Auburn Mountainview 4, Jefferson 1

The Jefferson Raiders suffered their fourth consecutive loss and sixth of the season. The Auburn Mountainview Lions have won three of their last four matches.

Federal Way has struggled through its first three games of the season. The Eagles have been outscored 48-23 through three games.

The Jefferson Raiders have hit an offensive slump. Jefferson has been outscored 25-1 in its last two games.

The Jefferson Raiders earned their fourth straight win of the season behind a dominant performance from Mia Rosa. Rosa defeated Isabel Kim 6-0, 6-2.

The Decatur Golden Gators fell short to the Peninsula Seahawks in their 2017 Cheney Stadium debut. Despite the loss, Decatur junior Ben Ray had a hit and all three RBIs.

The Jefferson Raiders pitching staff has struggled the last two games. They’ve been outscored 26-7, and Jefferson is in the midst of a four-game losing streak. In the loss to the Tahoma Bears, the Raiders were held to just two hits.
