From the Sideline
“Quinzy has won some major tournaments after sitting out for two weeks with the flu,” Decatur boys wrestling coach Tevyn Tillman said. “He won the Doc Herren Invitational at Auburn High School, as well as the Snohomish Panther Classic. Quinzy is undefeated on the year with pins against every opponent. Quinzy is a leader to the Decatur wrestling team and is a second-year captain. After placing second at the WIAA Mat Classic in 2017, ‘Q’ has his eyes set on a state title in 2018.”
The Athlete of the Week is sponsored by Federal Way Public Schools, Jimmy Mac’s Roadhouse, and Sylvan Learning.
