Todd Beamer High School’s Stephenie Gunn, girls diving, was selected as the Federal Way Mirror Female Athlete of the Week for Oct. 20.

Q: What is your favorite subject in school?

A: Sports medicine

Q: What other activities do you participate in?

A: Sketching, writing and reading

Q: Person who has helped you succeed the most?

A: Club coach Bob Ketrick and school coach Kelly

Q: Do you have a pre- or post-game tradition? What is it?

A: I listen to Disney music.

Q: Song you currently can’t get enough of?

A: Doesn’t have one.

Gunn has had a nearly undefeated six-dive season, coming second at one meet. She had a top score of 229 for six dives and 291 for 11 dives. She has qualified for the district tournament and has had five first-place finishes and one second this season.
