Todd Beamer High School’s Kelsey Yi, girls golf, was selected as the Federal Way Mirror Female Athlete of the Week — District Choice for Dec. 29.

Q: What is your favorite subject/class in school?

A: Math

Q: What other activities/hobbies do you participate in?

A: Bowling

Q: Person who has helped you succeed the most?

A: Mom and dad

Q: Do you have a pre- or post-game tradition? What is it?

A: My family always celebrates after each golf tournament by taking us out to eat

Q: Song you currently can’t get enough of?

A: “Just Like You,” by Louis Tomlinson

“Kelsey qualified for the 4A girls golf state championship for the second year in a row,” Titan coach Tom Wallat said. “She was also nominated for first team all league.”
