Celski skates to 8th at Junior World Championships

Federal Way teenager J.R. Celski had a solid performance at his first international short track speedskating meet. Celski finished up in eighth-place overall at the 2006 World Junior Championships last weekend in Miercurea Ciuc, Romania.
