Gator brothers share identical arm afflictions
June 13, 2008 · Updated 1:56 PM
Decatur senior defender Will Craig and his brother James Craig, a sophomore defender, both are wearing identical soft casts on their right arms. Will and James both broke the scaffoid bone just above their wrists. The injuries happened about two weeks apart last year. In each case, the bone never healed correctly. In early March, the two went in for surgery for the same operation on the same bone on the same arm by the same doctor. Will went first, James followed about an hour later.
