Gator girls make state

"For the first time in a decade, the Decatur Gators are headed to the girls state basketball tournament.Decatur knocked off Rogers, 39-31, Tuesday night to clinch a spot in the state tournament. The Gators will face the winner of the Port Angeles-Foss game at 10:30 a.m. Saturday to decide the fourth and sixth seeds.Senior Stephanie Peterson led the Gators with a game-high 10 points. She also had eight rebounds and two assists. Senior Julia Oates added eight points, six rebounds and three assists for Decatur."
