Tony Moore can address needs in Olympia | Federal Way letters
June 18, 2010 · 1:11 PM
Tony Moore's candidacy for 30th District state senator provides an opportunity for voters to change the course of government in our state. By now it should be apparent that our Legislature needs an infusion of new ideas to bring common sense and discipline to state government. Tony is eminently qualified to represent us. As a local businessman, he understands the business community and how business is impacted by the actions of the Legislature. He is committed to improving the business climate and bringing new jobs to the state.
Fundamental to our state's future is the education of our young people. No one comprehends this better than Tony Moore, who has served on the Federal Way School Board for more than two years and is presently its president. He is a family man with two children who have attended school in Federal Way. Thus, Tony is intimately familiar with the needs of our schools and how to direct resources to address those needs.
Tony views the challenges we face realistically. Voters are fortunate to have someone with his business and education experience join the race to become Federal Way's next senator for the 30th District.
