Boys basketball team's accomplishment | Federal Way letters, March 16

I was kind of saddened to see that there were no outside public displays of the huge accomplishment of Federal Way High School winning the state boys basketball tournament on March 7.

I inquired about the outside electronic display system in front of the school being inoperative. The school support staff at the main entrance informed me that it's been down for over a month. However, they mentioned that there was an internal display and acknowledgement within the building.

I consider this lack of public display unsatisfactory. The coaching staff and players all deserved better for winning the first ever state basketball crown for Federal Way High.
