Remember who voted for higher gas tax

I want everybody in Federal Way who voted for state Sen. Tracey Eide and state Rep. Mark Milscia to know these two voted for all of the new tax increases. The new gas tax was the only one they voted against.

I hope you all remember this the next time they come up for re-election. The new taxes they voted for will affect all of us who live in Washington, whether we can afford them or not.

The only representative from Federal Way who voted against all the new taxes that made Governor Gregoire so happy was Rep. Skip Priest.

He did not believe that all the new taxes introduced and passed were necessary, because there were other options. With gas prices at an all-time high, he could not justify voting for this particular tax increase in the first place.

Would like to know what party put our state into the hole of over $1 billion.
