Referencing the Nov. 20 article (ޓMom suspended after e-mailing school district from workޔ):

Once again, Earl VanDorien Jr. has shown his true colors; he is behaving like an arrogant, vindictive, reactionary bully. He has betrayed the trust of the Federal Way voters who elected him. I seriously question his ability to continue to serve on the School Board.

His treatment of Timolin Abrom is shameful and in fact is illustrative of the problem investigated by the Equity and Achievement Task Force. The last thing this district needs is a racist board president.

Regardless of whether or not Ms. AbromŽ’s son was fighting at school, they are entitled to the right of due process, which was apparently denied them.

VanDorien is a loose cannon. Hopefully the board attorneys will muzzle him so he wonŽ’t bite anyone else.
