Be proactive with off-leash pets | Letters
May 3, 2011 · Updated 12:20 PM
With some really fine spring days lately, families are enjoying being out in their yards with their pets. With owners’ full attention to their pets and total control over them, those walking by don’t need to worry about safety to themselves or their leashed pets.
But without that kind of control, there could be trouble, injuries, and bad feelings all around. Please, don’t just assume safety. Be proactive rather than sorry.
