Once again, the performing arts center is on the radar. Fine. But somebody needs to provide the math for the community. For example, how much will it cost to pay off the bond each month? Starting there, how many performances will we have to have each month, and what will they cost to attend? Finally, who will these performers be? The advocates of this should provide these numbers for us. If it can't pay for itself, then tax dollars must be spent. Then the question becomes: Could those tax dollars be spent better somewhere else?

We have to take the emotion out of this and look at the numbers.
