Council needs someone like Flygare | Letter

I have known Karla and Roger Flygare for dozens of years. My grandchildren grew with their son, Ehren, playing soccer and baseball together. Roger was involved with their coaching.

In fact, many of you might not know, but the South King County Ball fields came into being because of Roger’s and Peter Von Reichbauer’s involvement.

Roger is a bedrock citizen of Federal Way, and we need him on the council. He will listen to our concerns — those of all the people (common) of which I am one.

We need people like Roger, not just someone using the council as a stepping stone to higher office.
