City needs more police | Letter

We have strong concerns about our Federal Way Police Department. It seems as if crime has taken over the whole area and there is not enough police to handle the simplest task, let alone the big ones. The response time is extremely long, one to two hours, which is ridiculous. My co-worker was robbed May 23 and there was a two-hour response.

We understand that we are not the only complex in Federal Way having these extreme issues. We need help. Federal Way needs more police because what we have is not working! We as a community need help.

We pay taxes to have protection that’s not being provided. Please hear our complaints for the safety of the whole of Federal Way!
