Marianne L. Day, 74, passed away Friday, June 3, 2011, at St. Francis Hospital in Federal Way, WA.

Marianne was born in Seattle, WA, on Dec. 30, 1936, to Louis and Margaret Wofford. She is survived by her loving companion Earl Decker, her brother Charles Wofford (GA), two daughters Laura Gotschall and Lynnette Harrison, five grandchildren (Robert Harrison, Mitchell Harrison, Jesse Gotschall, Brittany Gotschall and James Gotschall), one great-grandchild – her namesake, two nieces, cousins and a wealth of friends. She truly enjoyed the holidays, birthdays, bowling, theater, The Red Hat Club, family and friends. Memorials may be made to The American Cancer Society. Memorial services are 1 p.m. Saturday, June 11, 2011, at Yahn and Son Funeral Home in Auburn, WA.
