Donald Gordon Diemert, 62, of Packwood, WA, died Feb. 19, 2011. He is survived by his two daughters Debra and Bonnie, and his sister Charlotte Fuller of Arizona. Don was born June 19, 1948, in Seattle. He graduated from Federal Way High School in 1966. He served in the Army with tours in Germany and Vietnam. While living in Federal Way, he loved boating and hunting, and was a longtime member of the SeaBacs and Des Moines Yacht Club. In 1996, he moved to Packwood and later retired from Boeing; he was also involved with the Backcountry Horsemen in the area. Burial will be at Mountain View Cemetery in Auburn, WA.
