Federal Way’s Bloodworks NW hosting blood drive, barbecue

Bloodworks NW is hosting a blood drive and barbecue to help boost blood reserves in the Pacific Northwest from 10 a.m. to 4 p.m. Sunday, Aug. 27, at Town Square Park, 31600 Pete von Reichbauer Way, in Federal Way.

Staff will take a lunch break from noon to 1.

There will be a barbecue for people who have their blood drawn from 11 a.m. to 3 p.m.

Bloodworks NW will also be raffling Seahawks items during the event.
