Learn and gather resources at community-wide training May 4.

Federal Way Public Schools invites you to a community-wide training on Homeless and Housing Supports for Scholars on Saturday, May 4. This training is open to all FWPS families, staff, and community members who are interested in learning about services and programs that provide resources to support scholars and families experiencing homelessness.

Donations are also being collected for the Leis for the Homeless Project, which supports FWPS scholars. The following travel-size toiletries, new and unopened, are needed: shampoo and conditioner, toothpaste and toothbrushes, deodorant, chapstick, Kleenex, lotion, razors, sunscreen, and combs/small brushes.

This event is offered at no cost, however seating is limited, so please register online at https://bit.ly/2Dj6hBA.

The training will run from 9:30 a.m. to 1 p.m., May 4 at the Federal Way Performing Arts and Events Center.
