The Municipal League of King County has released its candidate ratings for the 2012 election, including candidates in District 30.

The league is a volunteer-driven, non-partisan and non-profit organization dedicated to good government. Volunteers throughout King County review candidate questionnaires, study the public record, speak with references and conduct candidate interviews. Committee members then rate each candidate on four criteria: involvement, character, effectiveness and knowledge. The possible ratings are Outstanding, Very Good, Good, Adequate, Not Qualified and Insufficient Information.

• Linda Kochmar (Republican): Very Good

• Roger Flygare (Democrat): Very Good
