Federal Way cop Raymond Bunk seeks Pam Roach's State Senate seat

On March 25, Federal Way police officer Raymond Bunk announced his candidacy to seek the District 31 State Senate seat held by Republican Pam Roach.

“The 31st District deserves better than Pam Roach,” Bunk said in a news release.

Bunk, 37, resides in Bonney Lake. Bunk also serves on the Civil Service Commission and Design Commission in Bonney Lake, and as a fire commissioner for East Pierce Fire and Rescue. Prior to serving in the police department, Bunk served for four years in the Air Force as a firefighter, and was stationed at McChord from 1996 to 1999. He continues to serve in the Air Force reserves, and in that capacity, served a tour of duty in Iraq in 2007. To learn more, call (253) 906-4265.
