Teen requests topless text from classmate | Federal Way crime blotter

Following is a sample from the Federal Way police log:

• Pornographic text: At 6:03 p.m. Feb. 7 at an undisclosed location on 35th Avenue Southwest, a mother reported her 13-year-old daughter received a text from a male requesting her to send him a photo of herself topless. The juvenile admitted she knew the sender, who was a 13-year-old male, but would not disclose his name.

• Found bicycle: At 7:09 a.m. Feb. 4 in the 37300 block of 18th Ave. S., a complainant found a bicycle leaning against his garage. Its owner is unknown.

• Robbery: At 11:29 p.m. Feb. 5 in the 2200 block of South Star Lake Road, a victim was robbed by three unknown suspects while he or she was walking from a bus stop.

• Home burglary: At 10:52 p.m. Feb. 5 in the 2200 block of South Star Lake Road, an unknown suspect threw a rock through a kitchen window and gained access to a residence. Items were stolen.

• Delivery driver robbed: At 9:14 p.m. Feb. 5 in the 32200 block of 39th Avenue South, officers responded to a robbery of a pizza delivery driver. An unknown suspect approached brandishing a gun. The suspect demanded the driver's money and phone, and left with those items and three pizzas.

• Sexual assault: At 6:06 p.m. Feb. 5 at an undisclosed location on Southwest 330th Street, a mother reported she believes her 5-year-old son was sexually assaulted by his father.

• Prescription forgery: At 5:52 p.m. Feb. 3 at 2131 S.W. 336th St., a witness reported an attempted prescription forgery.

• Suicide threat: At 4:07 p.m. Feb. 6 in the 2800 block of South 288th Place, a subject called police and said he or she was going to commit "suicide by cop." The subject reported having a firearm.

• Shooting: At 1:37 a.m. Feb. 6 on Pacific Highway South, a victim reported he was shot in the hand while walking. He could not provide any other details.

• Suspicious person: At 11:23 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 2400 block of South 320th Street, a person reported a strange-acting man. Police contacted the person and arrested him when it was discovered that he had a $2,600 warrant for third degree theft.

• Phony officer: At 6:32 p.m. Feb. 7 in the 2000 block of South 301st Place, a victim called to report an unknown male dressed as a police officer was knocking on her door and claiming to be looking for the victim because she was the subject of an investigation. The victim did not believe the man was an officer. The man said his name was Officer Fryman. There are no officers by this name with the Federal Way police. The suspect left court papers outside the residence.
