Federal Way duplex burns

South King Fire and Rescue responded to a duplex fire at 29013 28th Place S. just after midnight on Monday.
When fire crews arrived, the duplex was already 50 percent involved, a news release said.
There were no occupants in the home and firefighters extinguished the fire in less than 30 minutes.
However, they did have to return just after 1 a.m. Tuesday morning for a flare up.
The cause is still under investigation and there are no damage estimates yet.
