Burbidge will seek re-election to Federal Way City Council

Jeanne Burbidge has announced her bid for re-election to the Federal Way City Council position four.

Burbidge was first elected to the council in 1997, and served a term as mayor during her second term on the council. A resident of Federal

Way for 41 years, she has been employed as a counselor and instructor, locally and regionally. She currently serves as legal guardian for severely disabled individuals.

A kick-off event for Burbidge's campaign is set for Thursday, May 21, at Indochine Restaurant, 31406 Pacific Highway South in Federal Way. Light refreshments will be provided. E-mail jeanneburbidge@comcast.net or call (253) 838-4018.
