Debate on Oct. 9: State superintendent and District 30 state representative candidates

Candidates for District 30 state representative as well as Office of Superintendent of Public Instruction will participate in a debate Oct. 9 at the EX3 Ron Sandwith Teen Center, 31453 28th Ave. S., Federal Way. State Legislature candidates Mark Miloscia, Michael Thompson, Skip Priest and Carol Gregory will be featured from 6 to 6:45 p.m. Terry Bergeson and Randy Dorn, both candidates for Superintendent of Public Instruction, will be featured from 7 to 8 p.m.

Forum is sponsored by Nautilus K-8 PTA and Sacajawea Middle School PTSA.

Questionnaire: The Federal Way Mirror sent a questionnaire to each of the four candidates for District 30 state representative.

The Mirror will publish the candidates’ responses on Oct. 4 (Democrat Mark Miloscia and Republican Michael Thompson) and Oct. 8 (Republican Skip Priest and Democrat Carol Gregory).
