Construction is well underway for a low-income senior housing complex on Pacific Highway and South 328th Street in Federal Way.
The Celebration Senior Living Apartments will feature 380 affordable units in two 65-foot towers joined by a skybridge. A common building will also be built.
The project is headed by Senior Housing Assistance Group (SHAG), a non-profit providing affordable housing for low- to moderate-income seniors.
The east building is in progress, and work on the west building is scheduled to begin this month.
