Mirror staff reports:

Construction crews will perform overnight work this week at Interstate 5 and State Route 18 in Federal Way.

The Washington State Department of Transportation reports that the westbound SR 18 ramp to southbound I-5 will be closed at 8 p.m. Wednesday and will reopen at 4 a.m. Thursday, Dec. 13.

Drivers will need to travel north and turn around at the South 320th Street exit in order to go south on I-5.

Most of the lane closures will have little impact on drivers, according to WSDOT.
