Two men charged in Federal Way late-night homicide

Two men were charged with second-degree murder in connection with a late-night stabbing in Federal Way.
Luis Garcia Caceras, a 34-year-old Seatac resident, was stabbed in the chest and abdomen following a bar fight Oct. 13. Caceras also suffered a head injury after he was allegedly hit by the suspect's Ford Mustang. He was pronounced dead at 2:44 a.m.
The next night, Federal Way police arrested Jorge Arturo Santos-Rocha, 24, outside an apartment in Kent. He and Santiago De La Cruz, 27, were charged Wednesday with second-degree murder. Arraignment is scheduled for Oct. 29 in Kent. De La Cruz is still at large, and a warrant is out for his arrest. Bail was set at $1 million for the suspects.
The altercation began inside Cafe Arizona 2012 S. 320th St., near the Federal Way Transit Center. Several men were removed from the bar by security for fighting. According to police, two of the men ran eastbound away from the bar. Two more men caught up to them near Denny's and continued fighting.
Two suspects fled the scene in the green Mustang, which had struck another man involved in the fight, according to police. The second suspect is still at large.
The altercation stemmed from alleged rude remarks by the victims about a suspect's mother, according to charging papers.
