Outgoing Federal Way City Council members Mike Park and Jack Dovey will be honored with a reception at 6 p.m. Dec. 6 at City Hall.

The reception will include cake and light refreshments. Park will get another farewell at 6:30 p.m. Dec. 7, when the Korean community meeting plans to honor him at the Federal Way Community Center. The public is invited. Food and light refreshments will be served.
