Sparling enters race for Park's city council seat

Political newcomer Scott Sparling filed as a candidate for Federal Way City Council position 3. Sparling is owner of GiggleWorks, an entertainment company based in Federal Way.

"I know that I can help provide that contact with the people. I want to listen, hear and understand what our neighbors have to say, and actively be part of the solution to make us all feel heard and significant in our own city."
