An upcoming seminar, "Day of Organic," pays tribute to gardens, food and health.

Learn from Lori Lively of Marlene's Market how to incorporate organic foods into your daily regiment. Learn all about organic gardening from Mike Stanley of the Federal Way Community Gardens Foundation. Patty Wolfrom, an acupuncturist at St. Francis Hospital, will share techniques for healthy habits and a healthy lifestyle.

Seminar runs 10 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Feb. 22 at Twin Lakes Golf and Country Club. Cost is $40 per person and includes lunch. Raffle items and vendors available. All proceeds will go toward the Federal Way Community Gardens Foundation to promote organic education and organic foods for the community.
