Village Green hosting art history classes

People can sign up to attend art history classes coming up at Village Green.

This class will study the art of the prehistoric and classic periods of South and Central Americas and Mexico prior to the coming of the Spaniards.

Classes will take place from 9:30 a.m. to noon every Tuesday from Jan. 9 to Feb. 20 in the Village Green Retirement Campus Fairfield Building meeting room, 35419 First Ave. S. The first hour of each class will consist of a lecture, with the second hour showing slides covering what was discussed. Class fees are $40 for Village Green residents, $55 for non-residents.
