My name is Rocky, and I need a new home | Pet of the Week

Rocky is a 5-year-old male Chihuahua, about 6 pounds (ID #A520729). This sweet guy can be a little shy at first but can be very affectionate if you’re calm and give him time to get used to you. Rocky takes treats gently and loves to get his ears scratched. He is good on a leash and enjoys going for walks. Rocky gets along with other small dogs and would do well with children who understand he needs time to get used to them and won’t play too rough with him. If you’re looking for a calm and sweet little guy to join your family, Rocky could be the one for you. He is neutered, current on vaccinations and micro-chipped. His $200 adoption fee also includes a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice and 30 days of pet insurance through Trupanion. You can find out more about Rocky on his Petfinder profile at https://www.petfinder.com/petdetail/37631772. You can also meet Rocky and other animals available for adoption, in person, seven days a week at RASKC’s King County Pet Adoption Center in Kent, 21615 64th Ave. S.; Monday: 3 p.m. to 6 p.m., Tuesday to Friday: noon to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday: noon to 5 p.m. Call 206-296-PETS, or email pets@kingcounty.gov.
