Johnny is a 3-year-old male brindle pit bull (ID #A543939). He is a very smart boy who already knows how to sit. He is full of energy and loves to play. He tends to calm down more when people around him stay calm. Johnny also does his best when he has lots of exercise and something to keep his mind busy. He is a confident boy who will need an experienced dog owner to help him be the best dog he can be. Johnny may not get along with other dogs and may do best as the only dog in his new home or may need to meet other dogs currently in the home first. He is a spirited dog with a fun-loving personality. He is still working on his manners, so would do best with a family who is willing to work with him. Johnny is neutered, current on vaccinations and micro-chipped. His $100 adoption fee also includes 30 days of pet insurance through Trupanion. You can find out more about Johnny on RASKC’s website at www.kingcounty.gov/adoptapet. Click on “dog” and type in his name. You can meet other animals available for adoption in person, seven days a week, at RASKC’s King County Pet Adoption Center in Kent, 21615 64th Ave. S.; Monday through Friday: noon to 6 p.m., Saturday and Sunday: noon to 5 p.m. Call 206-296-7387 (PETS), or email pets@kingcounty.gov.
