My name is Ephron, and I need a home | Pet of the Week

Ephron is a 10-year-old male cat, black and white, domestic short hair (ID #A528159). This handsome boy can be a bit timid at first but soon will show his friendly, outgoing and playful side. Ephron also has a calm side to his personality. This affectionate lovebug would be thrilled to cuddle up with you at home. He has lived with other cats and does well but will still do best with a slow introduction to any current kitties in your home. Due to Ephron’s initial shy nature, he would do best in a calm, quiet home. Ephron has tested positive for feline leukemia virus. Cats with FeLV can still live fulfilling lives, but extra care may be required. Ephron should be indoor only and either an only kitty or with other FeLV-positive cats. Ephron is litter-box trained, neutered, current on vaccinations and micro-chipped. His $30 adoption fee also includes a free visit to the veterinarian of your choice and 30 days of pet insurance through Trupanion. You can find out more about Ephron on RASKC’s website at www.kingcounty.gov/adoptapet. Click on “cat” and type in his name.
