Cornerstone Medical Services and United Health Fair will be hosting a free flu vaccine fair from 10:30 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. on Saturday, Oct. 18.

The fair will be held at the Federal Way Public Academy, on 34620 Ninth Ave. S., Federal Way.

Please bring your health insurance card if you have one. Free lunch will be served at noon for those who can attend a brief presentation by United Healthcare.
