Kochmar understands district’s needs

Linda Kochmar is no stranger to hardship.

Linda Kochmar is no stranger to hardship.

She was widowed at a young age, with three children to support. Linda returned to college to take masters courses in public administration to gain increased skills for employment. She did what she had to do to make ends meet, and prepare for the future.

With her profession as a risk manager, her 14 years as a Federal Way City Council member, and two terms as our staterepresentative in Olympia, Linda has the expertise and experience to well represent our 30th District.

Linda recognizes the importance of minimizing the tax burden on working class families. She supports changing the way Sound Transit values our vehicles. They must use the Blue Book value, not the manufactures suggested retail price. The Blue Book value would be fair and represent savings for the taxpayer.

Linda opposes a state income tax as well as a capital gains income tax. Linda spoke out in opposition to the Lakehaven utility tax at the Federal Way city council meeting.

Linda has lived, worked and been involved in the Federal Way community for decades and understands our needs. Join us invoting for Linda Kochmar for 30th District state representative on Nov. 6.
