Music with Celtic soul fills the Knutzen

Fans of The Ecclestons say the group makes musical magic from the power of Celtic soul.

An audience at Knutzen Family Theater will get a taste Saturday night when the three-member group performs original and traditional Celtic music at 8 p.m.

Tickets ($15 for adults, $12 for- students and seniors) are available on-line at www.brownpapertickets.com or by calling 1-800-838-3006.

The group includes brother and sister Colleen and Kelt Eccleston, who formed it, and their “adopted” brother, Greg Madill.

Joining them Saturday will be Ivonne Hernandez, a high-energy, two-time Grand North American fiddle champion who has toured and performed all over the continent. She’s described as constantly in motion on stage while fiddling, dancing and singing.
