June 13, 2008 · Updated 3:46 PM
The TimberHawk, Washington's biggest roller coaster, will open to the public June 7 at Enchanted Village.
Standing 75 feet tall, the Federal Way amusement parks newest attraction
is the first wooden roller coaster built in the state in 68 years.
Earlier this week, the park announced it will be open tomorrow from 9:30 a.m. to 4 p.m. for a preview of its 2003 season, which officially begins May 22 and runs through Sept. 1.
The TimberHawk, joining 10 other new rides that made their debut last year,
gives Enchanted Village and the Wild Waves water park more than 25 rides and attractions within their combined 70 acres.
