Winter coats for kids in need

The Federal Way PTSA Council will be giving out coats and warm outer wear to Federal Way School District students in need. The event will be from 5:30 to 9 p.m. Dec. 18 and from 1 to 5 p.m. Dec. 20 in the Lakota Middle School cafeteria, 1415 SW 314th St.
