Several public servants from Federal Way participated in an emergency management drill July 16. They were all part of a larger group, consisting of the city, police, fire district, utilities and Red Cross, that will travel to the East Coast in late August to demonstrate Federal Way’s emergency management and response plan at a FEMA event.
