Dozens of community members gathered in Federal Way on May 5 for the 18th annual Prayer Breakfast to coincide with the National Day of Prayer.

The theme for this year’s breakfast was “A Mighty Fortress is our God.” The event was held at The Commons Mall in Federal Way.

Music was performed by Light of Christ Lutheran Church, and the three prayer speakers included World Vision Vice President Romanita Hairston.

The event was sponsored by the non-profit Pray Federal Way Inc., and was intended to focus on community prayers. To learn more, contact “Coach” Bobby Roach at (253) 839-0938.
